Frequently Asked Questions
When does billing occur?
All subscriptions bill on the 1st of every month. If you subscribe mid-month, you pay a prorated amount for the remaining days, and your PDF quota is also prorated to match. Full quota resets on the 1st of the following month.
What happens if I exceed my plan limit?
You'll automatically be billed for overages at your plan's fixed rate. No service interruption, no surprises. Overages are billed at the end of each billing cycle.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge for the price difference. Downgrades take effect on your next billing cycle (1st of the month). Cancellations let you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
What counts as a PDF generation?
Each successful API call that returns a PDF counts as one generation. Failed requests and validation errors don't count against your quota.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied, contact us for a full refund.
